FIBIT is an open-ended vehicle with Limited Liquidity. The Fund is open to professional Investors and/or Well-Informed Investors inside and outside the European Economic Area.
There are 2 Classes of Shares designated, respectively, as Classes A (for European Investors) and B (for non- European Investors).
FIBIT is denominated in Euro.
The initial offer period is six (6) months following the registration date in the list of Registered Alternative Investment Funds (RAIF) maintained by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under Part VIII of the AIF Law.
[May be shortened or prolonged by the Directors subject to notification (if required) to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and in any event shall not exceed 12 months from the date of authorization of the Sub-Fund.]
The term is unlimited.
