The Company is externally managed by Byron Capital Partners Ltd (the External Manager) pursuant to the provision of Section 6(2)(B)(I) of the AIF Law of the Republic of Cyprus. Byron Capital Partners Ltd is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, with license number AIFM 13/56/2013.
