The vision of a Como that returns to the light and centrality it has always enjoyed, is not a mirage due to the great spirit that all the people of Como, and the City, have. The Palazzo Vittoria revival certainly has an entrepreneurial character that will entail, rightly, an economic return. The project will redevelop the splendid Piazza Vittoria and surrounding area restoring luster and life to a Palace that has seen hosted the likes of Clark Gable and Tyron Power. Palazzo Vittoria is situated directly across from Porta Torre, constructed in 1192, which provides entry to Como’s historic center.
The redevelopment is in its final permitting phase.
